The Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights basketball team scored 2 points and held the visiting Paul Public Charter International Pirates to 0 in the Knights league triumph on Sunday.
The Knights now sport a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairfax HomeSchool for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. Friendship Collegiate Academy will meet a Hawks team coming off a 82-12 non-league loss to Seton (Manassas, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 0-7.
The Pirates (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Friendship Tech Prep Academy (Washington, DC). The Titans enter the PCSAA contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Friendship Tech Prep Academy was nudged by KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC), 52-38, in a league contest.
