The Spring Lake Lakers basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Allendale Falcons to 53 in the Lakers league victory on Monday.

The Lakers now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western Michigan Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Spring Lake will battle a Warriors team coming off a 83-72 league win over Wellspring Prep (Grand Rapids, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 6-6.

The Falcons (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lowell (Lowell, MI). The Red Arrows come into the non-league contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Lowell was nudged by Byron Center (Byron Center, MI), 75-33, in a league contest.
