New Jersey High School Basketball - American Christian School topped by Veritas Christian Academy

The Veritas Christian Academy basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting American Christian School to 46 in the league victory on Monday.

The now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Somerset Bible Baptist Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Veritas Christian Academy will battle a Warriors team coming off a 58-35 league loss to Solid Rock Christian School (Berlin, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 4-2.

The (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Kearny Christian Academy (Kearny, NJ). The come into the Metro Christian contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Kearny Christian Academy prevailed over Harmony Christian (Middletown, NY), 54-53, in a league contest.
