The Newark Tech Terries basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the visiting Bloomfield Bengals to 51 in the Terries league victory on Monday.

The Terries now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Star Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Newark Tech will battle a team coming off a 83-71 non-league loss to Newark Tech (Newark, NJ). The record now stands at 6-10.

The Bengals (7-12) will now prepare for their contest against Caldwell (West Caldwell, NJ). The Chiefs come into the non-league contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Caldwell was routed by Newark Collegiate Academy (Newark, NJ), 51-38, in a non-league contest.
