The Hodgdon Hawks basketball team (Hodgdon, ME), was toppled 44-36 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Easton Bears (Easton, ME)
The Bears now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashland for a D North battle on Wednesday, January 31. Easton will confront a Hornets team coming off a 81-17 non-league loss to Fort Fairfield (Fort Fairfield, ME). The Hornets record now stands at 6-8.
The Hawks (15-3) will now prepare for their battle against Madawaska (Madawaska, ME). The Owls come into the C North battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Madawaska was toppled by Wisdom (St. Agatha, ME), 48-44, in a non-league battle.
