The Fort Vancouver Trappers basketball team (Vancouver, WA), was overwhelmed 67-45 in Monday's league battle with the host Woodland Beavers (Woodland, WA)

The Beavers now possess a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hudson's Bay for a 2A Greater St. Helens battle on Tuesday, January 30. Woodland will battle a Eagles team coming off a 57-18 league loss to Columbia River (Vancouver, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-15.

The Trappers (4-14) will now prepare for their battle against R.A. Long (Longview, WA). The Lumberjacks come into the 2A Greater St. Helens battle with a 13-5 record. In their last battle, R.A. Long trounced Washougal (Washougal, WA), 57-30, in a league battle.
