Kentucky High School Basketball - Fulton County knocked off by Mayfield

The Mayfield Cardinals basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Fulton County Pilots to 48 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cardinals now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Graves County for a District 3 contest on Friday, February 2. Mayfield will battle a Eagles team coming off a 74-36 league win over Ballard Memorial (Barlow, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 15-6.
The Pilots (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary (Paducah, KY). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 13-9 record. In their last contest, St. Mary ran past Livingston Central (Smithland, KY), 78-45, in a non-league contest.
