Russellville Golden Tigers (Russellville, AL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hamilton Aggies (Hamilton, AL), 93-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Russellville upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Golden Tigers host West Point (Cullman, AL) to play the Warriors in a 5A Area 15 bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 17-8. West Point won 70-42 in their recent non-league bout against Cold Springs (Bremen, AL)

Next up, the Aggies play the Sulligent Blue Devils (Sulligent, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Hamilton will attempt to upgrade on its 14-9 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 13-6 record after their 65-55 non-league win over Haleyville (Haleyville, AL).
