The Oneonta Redskins basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Hanceville Bulldogs to 40 in the Redskins league victory on Monday.

The Redskins now sport a 17-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleveland for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 30. Oneonta will meet a Panthers team coming off a 48-43 non-league loss to West End (Walnut Grove, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-18.

With the defeat, Hanceville moves to 10-13 on the year. The Bulldogs host Etowah (Attalla, AL) to meet the Blue Devils in a 4A Area 11 match on Tuesday, January 30. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 17-9.
