With the win, Health Sciences upgrades its record to 3-7 on the season. The Surgeons host San Diego Academy (National City, CA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Pioneer bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 6-7. San Diego Academy won 63-54 in their recent league bout against Monarch (San Diego, CA)

Next up, the Lions clash with the School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions (San Diego, CA) in a Pioneer bout, on Tuesday, January 30. King-Chavez Community will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 1-15 record after their 69-36 league loss to Mountain Empire (Pine Valley, CA).
