Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Ilwaco Fishermen (Ilwaco, WA) and the visiting North Beach Hyaks (Ocean Shores, WA), saw Ilwaco's basketball squad wallop North Beach by a tally of 66-39.

With the victory, Ilwaco improves its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Fishermen host Forks (Forks, WA) to confront the Spartans in a 2B Pacific challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 11-7.

Next up, the Hyaks confront the Montesano Bulldogs (Montesano, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. North Beach will attempt to improve on its 8-12 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 69-59 league win over Elma (Elma, WA).
