The Wynot Blue Devils (Wynot, NE) basketball knocked off the visiting Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Bears (Laurel, NE), 70-50 in Monday's non-league test.
The Blue Devils (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Walthill (Walthill, NE). The Blujays go into the non-league test with a 13-1 record. In their last test, Walthill notched a victory over Wausa (Wausa, NE), 44-42, in a non-league test.
The Bears now own a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lutheran-Northeast for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 6. Laurel-Concord-Coleridge will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 51-48 non-league loss to Riverside (Cedar Rapids, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 16-3.
