South Carolina High School Basketball - Our Lady of the Rosary can't hold off Newberry Academy

The Newberry Academy basketball team scored 35 points and restricted the visiting Our Lady of the Rosary Lions to 31 in the league victory on Monday.
The now sport a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host King Academy for a SCISA A Region IV contest on Tuesday, January 30. Newberry Academy will battle a Knights team coming off a 61-41 league loss to Wardlaw Academy (Johnston, SC). The Knights record now stands at 2-13.
The Lions (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Oconee Christian Academy (Seneca, SC). The Warriors come into the SCISA A Region IV contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Oconee Christian Academy edged King Academy (Batesburg, SC), 42-35, in a league contest.
