Baker Gators (Baker, FL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Destin Sharks (Destin, FL), 40-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Baker upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Gators host East Hill Christian (Pensacola, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-11. East Hill Christian won 33-19 in their recent non-league bout against Tate (Cantonment, FL)

Next up, the Sharks play the L.E.A.D. Academy Lions (Pace, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Destin will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 39-3 non-league win over South Baldwin Christian Academy (Gulf Shores, AL).
