The Livonia Wildcats basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Beau Chene Gators to 31 in the Wildcats league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats now sport a 15-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Breaux Bridge for a 4A District 5 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Livonia will battle a Tigers team coming off a 41-30 league loss to Opelousas (Opelousas, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-15.
The Gators (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Opelousas (Opelousas, LA). The Tigers come into the 4A District 5 contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Opelousas triumphed over Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA), 41-30, in a league contest.
