Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN) and the host New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN), saw Chanhassen's basketball squad wallop New Prague by a count of 77-52.

With the victory, Chanhassen upgrades its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Storm travel to Waconia (Waconia, MN) to play the Wildcats in a AAAA Section 2 challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 6-12. Waconia lost 67-52 in their recent league challenge against Chaska (Chaska, MN)

Next up, the Trojans play the Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 1. New Prague will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 1-18 record after their 60-54 non-league loss to St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN).
