With the win, United upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Maplewood (Cortland, OH) to confront the Rockets in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. Maplewood lost 60-48 in their recent non-league challenge against St. John (Ashtabula, OH)

Next up, the Clippers confront the Leetonia Bears (Leetonia, OH) in a Eastern Ohio challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Columbiana will attempt to improve on its 15-3 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 2-18 record after their 28-19 league win over Valley Christian (Youngstown, OH).
