The Southeast Warren Warhawks (Liberty Center, IA) basketball knocked off the host East Union Eagles (Afton, IA), 47-32 in Monday's non-league test.
The Warhawks (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Central Decatur (Leon, IA). The Cardinals go into the Pride of Iowa - East test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Central Decatur went down by Lenox (Lenox, IA), 58-40, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they host Martensdale-St. Mary's for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. East Union will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 54-42 non-league loss to Panorama (Panora, IA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-5.
