Alabama High School Basketball - Hale County crushes Sipsey Valley

Hale County Wildcats (Moundville, AL) followers went home content Monday as they observed their basketball team smash the visiting Sipsey Valley Bears (Buhl, AL), 47-20 in a league game.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Hillcrest Patriots (Tuscaloosa, AL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 30. Hale County will attempt to move on its 21-5 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 21-7 record after their 56-32 league win over Central (Tuscaloosa, AL).

With the defeat, Sipsey Valley moves to 13-8 on the year. The Bears host Holt (Holt, AL) to face the Ironmen in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 30. The Ironmen enter the game with a record of 0-14. Holt lost 35-32 in their recent non-league game against Pickens County (Reform, AL)
