The Black Knights now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Red Creek for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 30. Marion will battle a Rams team coming off a 63-32 non-league win over Wayland-Cohocton (Wayland, NY). The Rams record now stands at 6-10.

The Cougars (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against East Rochester (East Rochester, NY). The Bombers come into the Section 5 Wayne battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, East Rochester trounced Gananda Central (Walworth, NY), 47-36, in a league battle.
