Waterloo Tigers (Waterloo, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Midlakes Screaming Eagles (Clifton Springs, NY), 74-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Waterloo upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Tigers host Wayne (Ontario Center, NY) to clash with the Eagles in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East bout on Wednesday, January 31. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Wayne lost 51-31 in their recent league bout against Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY)

Next up, the Screaming Eagles clash with the Newark Reds (Newark, NY) in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Midlakes will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Reds go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 57-55 non-league win over Eastridge (Rochester, NY).
