North Dakota High School Basketball - North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] can't hold off Midway/Minto

The Midway/Minto Mustangs basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] Bearcats to 40 in the Mustangs league victory on Monday.
The Mustangs now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] for a non-league contest on Monday, January 29. Midway/Minto will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 62-40 non-league loss to St. John (St. John, ND). The Bearcats record now stands at 4-6.
The Bearcats (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Drayton/Valley-Edinburg (Drayton, ND). The Titans come into the B District 3 contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Drayton/Valley-Edinburg was nudged by North Prairie co-op [Rolla/Rolette] (Rolla, ND), 63-54, in a league contest.
