Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Mill River Minutemen (North Clarendon, VT) and the visiting Twin Valley Wildcats (Wilmington, VT), saw Mill River's basketball squad overcome Twin Valley by a tally of 43-28.

With the victory, Mill River improves its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Minutemen travel to White River Valley (Royalton, VT) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 6-5.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Green Mountain Chieftains (Chester, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. Twin Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 40-30 non-league loss to Leland & Gray (Townshend, VT).
