The North Warren Regional Patriots (Blairstown, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Wallkill Valley Rangers (Hamburg, NJ), 58-51 in Monday's league test.

The Patriots (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Whippany Park (Whippany, NJ). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 3-13 record. In their last test, Whippany Park was tipped by Hanover Park (East Hanover, NJ), 56-20, in a non-league test.

The Rangers now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Warren Hills Regional for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. Wallkill Valley will encounter a Blue Streaks squad coming off a 55-44 non-league win over Bernards (Bernardsville, NJ). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 12-5.
