Bonita Bearcats (La Verne, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Claremont Wolfpack (Claremont, CA), 68-42 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bonita upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Glendora (Glendora, CA) to play the Tartans in a bout on Wednesday, January 31. The Tartans come into the bout with a record of 22-4. Glendora won 67-47 in their recent league bout against Colony (Ontario, CA)

Next up, the Wolfpack play the Ayala Bulldogs (Chino Hills, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Claremont will attempt to upgrade on its 6-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 51-41 league loss to Alta Loma (Alta Loma, CA).
