The Washougal Panthers basketball team scored 47 points and held the host R.A. Long Lumberjacks to 46 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mark Morris for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Washougal will meet a Monarchs team coming off a 57-44 non-league win over Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA). The Monarchs record now stands at 16-3.
The Lumberjacks (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Vancouver (Vancouver, WA). The Trappers enter the non-league contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Fort Vancouver nudged Woodland (Woodland, WA), 44-36, in a non-league contest.
