The Stoneham Spartans bounced the visiting Amesbury Redhawks basketball squad by a final score of 71-44 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Spartans clash with the Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, MA) in a Middlesex outing, on Friday, January 31. Stoneham will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record.

The Redhawks (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Georgetown (Georgetown, MA). The Royals enter the Cape Ann - Small outing with a 7-5 record. In their last outing, Georgetown was overwhelmed by Lynnfield (Lynnfield, MA), 56-53, in a non-league outing.
