Michigan High School Basketball - L'Anse Creuse knocked off by Anchor Bay

In Wednesday's league test, the Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI) basketball squad knocked off the host L'Anse Creuse Lancers (Harrison Township, MI), by a score of 57-44.

Next, the Tars clash with the Utica Ford Falcons (Sterling Heights, MI) in a Macomb Area - Blue test, on Friday, January 31. Anchor Bay will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 10-4 record after their 49-43 league loss to Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI).

The Lancers (3-13) will now prepare for their test against Cousino (Warren, MI). The Patriots come into the Macomb Area - Blue test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Cousino beat Fraser (Fraser, MI), 60-45, in a league test.
