The Farmville Central Jaguars basketball team scored 90 points and limited the host Ayden - Grifton Chargers to 49 in the Jaguars league triumph on Wednesday.
The Jaguars now have a 15-4 record. They play next when they travel to Washington for a 2A Eastern Plains game on Friday, January 31. Farmville Central will confront a Pam Pack team coming off a 83-64 league win over West Craven (Vanceboro, NC). The Pam Pack record now stands at 13-5.
With the loss, Ayden - Grifton falls to 9-10 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Greene Central (Snow Hill, NC) to confront the Rams in a 2A Eastern Plains game on Friday, January 31. The Rams go into the game with a record of 8-8. Greene Central won 64-60 in their recent league game against North Pitt (Bethel, NC)
