The Hillcrest Patriots basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Bibb County Choctaws to 53 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Patriots now have a 21-7 record. They play next when they host Hale County for a non-league game on Friday, January 31.

With the loss, Bibb County falls to 11-9 on the campaign. The Choctaws host Paul W. Bryant (Cottondale, AL) to confront the Stampede in a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. The Stampede go into the game with a record of 20-6. Paul W. Bryant won 51-47 in their recent non-league game against Shades Valley (Birmingham, AL)
