Virginia High School Basketball - St. Stephen's & St. Agnes nudges Flint Hill

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints (Alexandria, VA) and the host Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA), observed St. Stephen's & St. Agnes's basketball team edge Flint Hill by a score of 64-59.
The Saints (18-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Landon (Bethesda, MD). The Bears come into the Interstate Athletic challenge with a 9-10 record. In their last challenge, Landon edged Bullis (Potomac, MD), 61-60, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Huskies encounter the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA AA challenge, on Friday, January 31. Flint Hill will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Quakers come into the challenge with a 14-4 record after their 62-52 league win over St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD).
