The St. Thomas More Academy Chancellors (Raleigh, NC) basketball were winner over the visiting Grovemont Spartans (Cary, NC), 53-42 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Chancellors now possess a 14-12 record. They play next when they host Friendship Christian for a NCISAA Raleigh Area bout on Friday, January 31. St. Thomas More Academy will play a Falcons team coming off a 41-28 league win over Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill (Durham, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 10-6.
