In Wednesday's league contest, the host Rockford East E-Rabs basketball team scored a good 58-43 win over the Hononegah Indians.
The E-Rabs (14-11) will now prepare for their contest against Freeport (Freeport, IL). The Pretzels come into the Northern Illinois 10 contest with a 11-14 record. In their last contest, Freeport was topped by Guilford (Rockford, IL), 70-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL) in a Northern Illinois 10 contest, on Friday, January 31. Hononegah will attempt to better on its 14-10 season record. The Blue Thunder come into the contest with a 6-19 record after their 57-34 league loss to Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL).
