Florida High School Basketball - Key West can't hold off Marathon

The Marathon Dolphins nipped the visiting Key West Conchs basketball squad by a final score of 55-53 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Dolphins face the Goleman Gators (Miami, FL) in a non-league outing, on Friday, January 31. Marathon will attempt to upgrade on its 10-13 season record. The Gators enter the outing with a 16-7 record after their 55-52 non-league win over Miami Springs (Miami Springs, FL).

The Conchs (9-10) will now prepare for their outing against NSU University (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Sharks enter the non-league outing with a 13-7 record. In their last outing, NSU University got by Lake Worth (Lake Worth, FL), 63-56, in a non-league outing.
