Next, the Spartans clash with the Avon Falcons (Avon, CT) in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial test, on Friday, January 31. Lewis Mills will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 2-8 record after their 82-27 non-league loss to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, CT).

The Trojans (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT). The Lions come into the non-league test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Northwest Catholic overcame Conard (West Hartford, CT), 86-50, in a league test.
