The Schenck Wolverines basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Penobscot Valley Howlers to 22 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wolverines now possess a 16-1 record. They play next when they host Dexter for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Schenck will confront a Tigers team coming off a 69-28 non-league loss to Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Penobscot Valley falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Howlers travel to Calais (Calais, ME) to confront the Blue Devils in a C North game on Saturday, February 1. The Blue Devils go into the game with a record of 9-6. Calais won 50-41 in their recent non-league game against Lee Academy (Lee, ME)
