Utah High School Basketball - Providence Hall overwhelmed by Summit Academy

In Wednesday's league test, the Summit Academy Bears (Bluffdale, UT) basketball squad trounced the host Providence Hall Patriots (Herriman, UT), by a score of 72-51.

Next, the Bears encounter the Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs (Salt Lake City, UT) in a 3A Region 14 test, on Friday, January 31. Summit Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-18 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 12-9 record after their 100-21 league win over Providence Hall (Herriman, UT).

The Patriots (4-14) will now prepare for their test against American Heritage (American Fork, UT). The Patriots come into the 3A Region 14 test with a 11-9 record. In their last test, American Heritage bounced Providence Hall (Herriman, UT), 108-54, in a league test.
