Nevada High School Basketball - Bishop Gorman defeats Desert Pines

The Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) basketball were winner over the host Desert Pines Jaguars (Las Vegas, NV), 61-41 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Gaels now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a 5A Southern bout on Friday, January 31. Bishop Gorman will play a Patriots team coming off a 57-27 league win over Arbor View (Las Vegas, NV). The Patriots record now stands at 13-7.

With the loss, Desert Pines falls to 7-10 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Wildcats in a 5A Southern bout on Friday, January 31. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 4-17. Las Vegas lost 59-23 in their recent league bout against Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV)
