The El Cerrito Gauchos basketball team scored 37 points and limited the visiting Hercules Titans to 33 in the Gauchos league triumph on Wednesday.

The Gauchos now have a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Albany for a Tri-County - Stone game on Tuesday, February 4. El Cerrito will confront a Cougars team coming off a 34-30 league win over Vallejo (Vallejo, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 15-6.

With the loss, Hercules falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Kennedy (Richmond, CA) to confront the Eagles in a Tri-County - Stone game on Friday, January 31. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 12-3. Kennedy won 44-39 in their recent league game against Swett (Crockett, CA)
