The Lafayette Generals (Lexington, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY), 79-48 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Generals now possess a 17-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lexington Catholic for a District 43 bout on Friday, January 31. Lafayette will play a Knights team coming off a 44-31 league loss to Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Knights record now stands at 5-13.

With the loss, Henry Clay falls to 5-14 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY) to play the Bluejackets in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 5. The Bluejackets go into the bout with a record of 13-5.
