In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Cleveland Storm basketball team scored a big 43-20 triumph over the Piedra Vista Panthers.
The Storm (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks go into the contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Volcano Vista was trounced by Farmington (Farmington, NM), 46-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 31. Piedra Vista will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 16-0 record after their 61-9 non-league win over Cibola (Albuquerque, NM).
