North Carolina High School Basketball - Mount Tabor victorious over Southwest Guilford

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Mount Tabor Spartans basketball team scored a good 53-41 triumph over the Southwest Guilford Cowboys.

The Spartans (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Davie (Mocksville, NC). The War Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Davie topped Reagan (Pfafftown, NC), 33-32, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Cowboys confront the Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 31. Southwest Guilford will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 59-52 non-league loss to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
