Salinas Cowboys (Salinas, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Monterey Dores (Monterey, CA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Salinas advances its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Watsonville (Watsonville, CA) to clash with the Wildcatz in a test on Friday, January 31. The Wildcatz come into the test with a record of 1-1.

The Dores now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hollister for a test on Tuesday, February 4. Monterey will clash with a Haybalers team coming off a 4-0 league win over Rancho San Juan (Salinas, CA). The Haybalers record now stands at 5-1.
