In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Fresno Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Hoover Patriots.

The Warriors (2-12) will now prepare for their outing against Roosevelt (Fresno, CA). The Rough Riders go into the North Yosemite outing with a 3-13 record. In their last outing, Roosevelt was edged by Sunnyside (Fresno, CA), 2-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Patriots confront the Sanger West Hornets (Fresno, CA) in a North Yosemite outing, on Friday, January 31. Hoover will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Hornets go into the outing with a 5-8 record after their 5-1 league loss to McLane (Fresno, CA).
