In Wednesday's league test, the Fairfax Stampede (Laveen, AZ) basketball squad defeated the host Metro Tech Knights (Phoenix, AZ), by a final score of 61-46.

The Knights (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ). The Lions come into the test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Alhambra went down by La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ), 68-18, in a non-league test.
