The Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA) basketball were winner over the host LaGrange Grangers (LaGrange, GA), 28-12 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sandy Creek for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. Fayette County will play a Patriots team coming off a 73-36 non-league win over Spalding (Griffin, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, LaGrange falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Grangers host Newnan (Newnan, GA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 29. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-1.
