In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Northern Guilford Nighthawks basketball team scored a good 42-34 triumph over the Page Pirates.

The Nighthawks (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Northwest Guilford topped Grimsley (Greensboro, NC), 39-38, in a league contest.
