Iowa High School Basketball - Davis County ripped by Albia

The Albia Blue Demons basketball team scored 92 points and held the visiting Davis County Mustangs to 44 in the Blue Demons league triumph on Tuesday.
The Blue Demons now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont for a South Central contest on Tuesday, January 10. Albia will battle a Rockets team coming off a 59-50 non-league win over Centerville (Centerville, IA). The Rockets record now stands at 10-1.
The Mustangs (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Chariton (Chariton, IA). The Chargers enter the South Central contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Chariton triumphed over Cardinal (Eldon, IA), 73-63, in a non-league contest.
