The Bulldogs (14-5) will now prepare for their outing against Coldspring-Oakhurst (Coldspring, TX). The Trojans go into the 3A Region III District 23 outing with a 11-8 record. In their last outing, Coldspring-Oakhurst smashed Crockett (Crockett, TX), 61-53, in a league outing.

The Fighting Owls now hold a 6-15 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity for a 3A Region III District 23 outing on Friday, January 6. Anderson-Shiro will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 61-57 league win over Onalaska (Onalaska, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 2-13.
