Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Barnsdall Panthers (Barnsdall, OK) and the visiting Copan Hornets (Copan, OK), saw Barnsdall's basketball squad overcome Copan by a tally of 46-37.

With the victory, Barnsdall improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Panthers host Woodland (Fairfax, OK) to play the Cougars in a Northern Oklahoma challenge on Monday, January 9. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 2-0.

Next up, the Hornets play the South Coffeyville Lions (South Coffeyville, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Copan will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
